Zuni Pueblo artist Quinton Quam created this very unusual and wonderful reversible link bracelet. Eight individual discs are inlaid on both sides, for a total of 14 birds, one butterfly and a flamingo encircling the wrist. Each disc measures approximately 3/4" in diameter. The link bracelet is 3/4" wide by 9 1/2" in length (including the finishing of lobster clasp and 3 rings for adjustable length). The links are: Eagle and Hummingbird, Flamingo and flying Bluejay, Raven and Snowy Owl, Oriole and Butterfly, Hummingbird and Bluebird, Gambel Quail and Red-headed Woodpecker, Cardinal and Bluejay, and Redbird with Roadrunner. The material Quinton used is all natural turquoise, red coral, mother-of-pearl, jet, lapid, spiny oyster, abalone, and Pacific coral.

Hopi legend prophesies the return of the Blue Star Kachina as heralding the return of the two brothers who helped create this world in the birthing time. The brothers, Poganghoya and Palongawhoya, are guardians of the earth, and the Blue Star Kachina will come to be with his nephews as they arrive to see who remembers the original teachings. Blue Star is the harbinger of a new day.

Hopi Pueblo artist Brian Smith (First Mesa) created this "Butterfly Maiden" Kachina. The Kachina is 10 1/2" in height by 2 7/8" wide by 2 1/2" deep. The Hopi Butterfly Maiden is a spirit being, or kachina, in Hopi mythology. She pollinates flowers and fields in the spring, and brings rain to the desert. She is also a role model for Hopi girls, teaching them the values of Hopi society. The Hopi butterfly symbol represents change and balance.

Kenneth Aguilar and Angie Crespin of Santo Domingo Pueblo created this three strand stabilized Kingman Turquoise Jockla Necklace. Gorgeous piece, layered strands lay flat. The longest strand is approximately 24" with the spiny oyster "corn" hanging 1" at longest. The two other strands lay within the longest strand for a beautiful cascade of blue. The heishi is graduated and they've used olive shell heishi spacers across the bottom.
