Award winning Comanche artist White Buffalo created this sterling silver with natural turquoise and red coral reversible necklace. The beads themselves are a hallmark of White Buffalo. Each barrel is 1/4" in diameter, handshaped and hand-engraved, and finished at the back with hand-engineered spring-barrel clasp. Then pivoting on 8 of the barrels are reversible settings, one side set with natural Red Mountain turquoise, the other side with natural coral at the center of a rug pattern. The necklace is 20 3/4" in length, plus a 3" center pendant, set with natural Godber turquoise on one side and inlaid red coral in a rug pattern on the other side. This stunning necklace is so unusual, imbued with heft and grace, it is contemporary and yet also like a treasure from the past.
