Inlay design features a Zuni sunface in the heavens, made in turquoise, jet, spiny oyster, and clam shell. The stars in the sky appear to be copper. Unknow Zuni Pueblo artist created this circa 1960 Channel inlay bolo. The bolo is unsigned (possibly made by Frank Vacit) and is 2 3/4" in height by 1 7/8" at the widest point. The "Hopi Bird" bolo also known as "Thunderbird" features mother-of-pearl, turquoise, red coral and jet channel inlay and has a 36", 4-ply leather strap with a "Bennet Clip" and sterling silver tips.
