Navajo artist Sammy Smith created this sterling silver micro mosaic inlay bear pendant. The pendant is 2" in height (including 1/2" bale) by 2" wide and features jet, apple coral, sugilite, gaspeite, mother of pearl and stabilized turquoise in symbols of spiritual significance to the Navajo. The Yei is a Navajo deity representing the precept of duality: that we each hold within us the power of good over evil. The arrow is the symbol for harnessing that power from our hearts.

Zuni Pueblo artist Quinton Quam created this very unusual and wonderful reversible link bracelet. Eight individual discs are inlaid on both sides, for a total of 14 birds, one butterfly and a flamingo encircling the wrist. Each disc measures approximately 3/4" in diameter. The link bracelet is 3/4" wide by 9 1/2" in length (including the finishing of lobster clasp and 3 rings for adjustable length). The links are: Eagle and Hummingbird, Flamingo and flying Bluejay, Raven and Snowy Owl, Oriole and Butterfly, Hummingbird and Bluebird, Gambel Quail and Red-headed Woodpecker, Cardinal and Bluejay, and Redbird with Roadrunner. The material Quinton used is all natural turquoise, red coral, mother-of-pearl, jet, lapid, spiny oyster, abalone, and Pacific coral.

These are old stones from our stash, brought out into the light by Fritson as only he can, set in classic style in a wide cuff, measuring 1 1/4" across. Circa 1990's Pin/Pendant by Zuni couple Nancy and Ruddell Laconsello. Married couple, Nancy and Ruddell Laconsello of Zuni, have worked together since they married in 1976, and are known for their exquisite inlay pieces, featuring especially finely etched and inlaid birds. Ruddell does the silverwork and Nancy does the inlay. Nancy is the daughter of the late Jake Haloo and her sister is Dolly Banteah. She is also related to Dennis Edaakie. Renowned and collected world-wide, they are also featured in Who's Who in Zuni Jewelry, by Gordon Levy. This sterling silver inlaid pin/pendant in the shape of a pot, features a cardinal and natural Hubie turquoise. The piece measures 2" by 2" at the widest.
